Developing Antiseraobia. Antigens are prepared and then injected into rabbits by three different routes. Antisera are developed for serological techniques that require soluble and insoluble somatic antigens. Injection and bleeding techniques are practiced.

Somatic Agglutination Reactions with Pure Cultures of Rhizobiaizobial antigen is heat treated to inactivate the flagellar antigens and to illustrate the granular clumps characteristic of the insoluble somatic antigen reaction.
