描述.This book describes a new methodology for planning and delivering projects and products. HYPERID (Hyper Inter-Methodological Delivery) is suitable for any type of project - from developing AI-powered software to building a skyscraper - regardless of whether those projects have typically been delivered using agile or sequential methods to date. HYPERID is particularly suitable for "fixed time/fixed price" projects and can address the core project delivery needs of today‘s enterprises that primarily revolve around predictability and successful delivery in terms of cost, time, and added value while remaining agile..HYPERID, as a hybrid methodology, makes use of some existing approaches and complements them with additional processes, structures, best practices, and behaviors.
