Endometrial Carcinogenesis,molecular-based classifications of endometrial carcinoma, which have emerged as promising tools for predicting patient prognosis and survival. We also propose a unified pathologic classification for intraepithelial endometrial neoplasia that could facilitate a more accurate diagnosis and risk stratification for patients.
