The Interpretation of The P-Values, the size and concentration of exosome samples. Transmission electron microscopy can directly show the size and morphology of exosomes. Moreover, the sample should be characterized by the expression of several exosome biomarker proteins. Exosomal contents such as proteins and miRNAs could be profiled using appropriate technologies.
