Shear Waves in Marine Sedimentsnidine (MGua) was below our detection limits, but urinary levels were significantly lower (p < 0.05) in spf/Y mice. Serum urea, citrulline and the amino acids related to the urea cycle were also measured and the implications of their levels in relation to normal GSA production in spf/Y mutant mice with chronic OTC deficiency are discussed.

Also, the techniques of isoelectric focusing and Western blotting with either the monoclonal or the polyclonal antibodies were used to further characterize rat kidney transamidinase.

Since free radicals were shown to play an unfavorable role renal failure., determination of MG in body fluids as a marker for hydroxyl radicals could prove useful in clinical practice.

Measurement of Creatine and Phosphocreatine in Muscle Tissue Using HPLCthod to measure CTN is an enzymatic spectrophotometric method and the sensitivity is not high enough to apply to muscular content. We investigated a more reliable method to measure CTN and PC in muscle tissue using HPLC.
