Multiple Testing in Adaptive Designsed sample design. In Sect.?. we then describe the core methodology to test adaptively multiple hypotheses by using adaptive combination tests, which essentially apply the methods described in the previous chapters to the closure principle. The resulting methods are very general and allow for flexible adaptations of hypotheses at interim.
