Introduction to “Groundwater in Egypt’s Deserts”sis are provided in the body of the chapters. Each chapter ends with a set of conclusions and recommendations as well. A separate chapter to close the book is devoted to the update of the literature and to present the most important conclusions and recommendations from the book chapters.

An Overview of the Egyptian Deserts’ Resources sand. The Egyptian flora is a mixture of flora that characterizes three continents: Africa, Asia, Europe, and this related to the geographical location of Egypt between the three continents.
