Gravitational Radiation from Spin Dynamics in Binary Orbits,We discuss the Lagrangian framework for studying spin dynamics of extended objects and we derive the Mathisson–Papapetrou–Dixon equation of spinning macroscopic bodies. We study the effect of spin and orbital angular momentum on the gravitational wave signals from spinning binaries.
