Grundlagen zur Elektronischen Krankenakte,DX spectra for rare earth, silicon, nitrogen, and oxygen ions..The absolute error of measurement using an UTW-EDX and the deviation from the results of chemical analysis were confirmed to be within ±1% for all elements. The dispersion of measurement was confirmed to be ±2.3%.

The principles of this solid-solid reaction growth method are described based on experimental data.
