Measurement of Intraocular Pressure with Goldmann Applanation Tonometry, Dynamic-Contour Tonometry, GAT is endowed with a number of limitations, so newer tonometries such as dynamic-contour tonometry and Ocular Response Analyzer have been developed with the aim of providing more precise IOP readings in all patients.

Detection of Glaucoma Using Scanning Laser Polarimetry,effect of the anterior segment (cornea and lens) individually for every eye to improve the diagnostic accuracy for glaucoma. The last version of this instrument is the GDx with enhanced corneal compensation (ECC), which has shown a better accuracy in atypical retardation patterns.

Gonioscopy,mination as a standard protocol. In this chapter there are figures to show the anatomy of a normal angle, the landmarks, and the grading systems, and there are different images of angle-closure and open angle glaucomas.
