Die Wachstumsbewegungen bei Pflanzental suspended material (TSM) values varied from 0.03209 to 0.04936 mg/l in PFZ and 0.03616 to 0.0439 mg/l in non-PFZ. Chlorophyll data recorded was 0.02–0.03 μg/l. Corresponding to chlorophyll data, pheophytin also recorded higher amount in PFZ.

Such dust storms can be easily monitored using satellite data that can be used in issuing warning to the people so that they would not be exposed to such strong dust storms.
