Interference-Avoid-Concept Based Indoor VLC Network Throughput Optimizations schedule rule a new priority model is proposed to take into account the delay and fairness while optimizing the throughput. Simulations proved the proposed scheduling scheme can improve the throughput for small-to-moderate scale networks compared to the present work without compromise the fairness and latency performances.
