Method for Calculating Grounding Quantity of TN-C System Based on Multi-objective Optimizationarticle swarm optimization to solve the problem is given. Finally, a case study system is designed in this paper. The analysis program is compiled in MATLAB and the case analysis is carried out. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.

Rule-Based Graded Braking for Unsignalized Intersection Collision Avoidance via Vehicle-to-Vehicle C determined. Collision scenario was constructed in PreScan simulation platform, and experimental results show the feasibility of the proposed method, and the two-stage braking strategy might accomplish stable and reliable performance for ICA.
