Head-Space/Gas-Liquid Chromatography in Clinical Microbiology with Special Reference to the Laboratoology; in fact, considerably less than has GLC using other methods of sample preparation. This is surprising because HS samples can be easily prepared and quickly analyzed, and HS/GLC yields chromatograms that are readily interpreted, three valuable qualities in a busy clinical laboratory.
