Glycosphingolipids of Equine Erythrocytes Membranes: Complete Characterization of a Fucogangliosideaminyl moiety.. In connection with the previous study,. it was found that equine erythrocytes have additional minor ganglioside components. A fucoganglioside purified from the minor ganglioside components was studied for its chemical structure by means of nuclear magnetic resonance (MNR) spectrometry, and destructive methods.

Physical Behaviour of Glycolipids in Bilayer Membranes: Distribution and Accessibility components, distribution, and function as receptors. Here we describe our recent attempt to isolate 2 such problems: glycolipid distribution in bilayers, and the source of glycolipid crypticity. The reader is referred to Figure 1 for an illustration of the concepts involved.
