Functional Genomic Perspective of Small GTPases,egulation of Rho signaling-mediated cellular processes than previously predicted. Rho GAP and Rho GDI gene families are well conserved in eukaryotes. It has been established that in animals, GAPs and GDIs function strictly according to the upstream regulators, and similar regulation has been anticipated for their plant counterparts.
