In addition, it examinesvarious synthetic, natural and metallic fibers that are used to reinforcepolymeric, cementitious and metallic matrices, as well as fiber properties,special functionalities, manufacturing processes, and composite processing andproperties. Two entire chapters are dedicated to advanced nanofiber andnanotube reinforced composite materials.
