Light and Electron Microscope,approaches are also described. The standard protocol of biological sample preparation method for light and electron microscopy is also included to provide a general idea of specimen block preparation, which will facilitate the further processing of microtomy sectioning for light microscopy and UT sectioning with ultramicrotome for TEM study.
