Renewable Energy Policies in Transportation Sector,portation sector can be the key in accomplishing that task. Therefore, many RE policies focus on electric vehicles. However, the policies are not only concerned with electric vehicles. This chapter focuses on different types of RE policies adopted in transportation sector.

The results also reveal which countries are supporting solar, wind and hydropower more.

Energy Efficiency and the Need for Energy Efficiency,energy conservation. It also presents examples for energy efficiency applications. Further, the chapter discusses the obstacles for deployment of energy efficiency and provides suggestions on how to overcome those obstacles.
