How Do We Learn Today and How Will We Learn in the Future Within Organizations? Digitally-Enhanced athe future. We collected data from 91 employees who answered an online quali-quantitative survey. Results show that digitally-enhanced models and methods are constantly growing in importance (more in terms of “expected” use than “desired” use), together with a need for more personalized learning.
