How Low Can You Go? The Capacity to Vote Among Young Citizensldren often seem to be equally applicable to at least other teenagers, if not even younger children. While there are clear pragmatic reasons for a gradual expansion of the franchise, the theoretical case for such a gradual change is less clear. I argue that we have good theoretical reasons to remove
