Planning in ScienceIt is evident from the discussion which took place that we still lack a clear and generally acceptable idea of planning and reporting at the Academy of Sciences. This state of affairs can be attributed to the divergence of opinion about the objectives of planning and reporting. I believe that four possible objectives can be clearly formulated.
