https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-658-35519-7ion of xylanases with cellulases produced more milk and improved the percentage of fat, lactose, protein, and total solids. Future studies should focus on the composition of the diet, the origin of the enzyme, and the amount and number of enzymes added.
