The book concludes with the views expressed by the interview sample on the future evolution of the banking sector, following by the author‘s own forecasts based on 20 years of study of the world of financial services.

For all three, financial assets and number of employees are a substantial multiple of the 1983 level. From a management standpoint, it is the four-to five-fold increase in staffing which is particularly challenging.
