,An Impulsive Framework for?Event-Triggered Consensus Analysis: The Clustered Case, ETS emphasizes that behavior (such as controller update, information exchange, etc.) is executed when it is needed rather than elapse of a certain period of time. It is a crucial issue to determine when the event-triggered condition is needed. Generally, the condition is to be determined by some predefined condition.
