Management of Ligament Injuries of the Anklet sprains and subsequent chronic ankle instability with significant functional impairment may develop in some individuals despite adequate nonoperative management. In these cases, operative management is warranted. Here, we provide a general review and discuss management of ligament injuries about the ankle.
