Lecture Notes in Networks and Systemsrate changes in the psychological variables, except for a decrease in catastrophising. In addition, a substantial decrease in back pain frequency, -intensity and impairment through back pain could be observed. The results of the interventions are discussed with regard to participation issues of work site health programs.
