Quantum Localization Theory for Phase Space Path Integrals,way are not really definite predictions but rather suggestions for what kind of results to expect. Because of the lack of rigor that goes into deriving these localization formulas it is perhaps surprising then that some of these results are not only conceptually interesting but also physically reasonable.
