Arbeit, Exklusion und Ungerechtigkeition equity a single definition which could be regarded as universally valid throughout the whole history of Roman law. Nevertheless, some general patterns do emerge from this multitude of sources of which we can try to make some sense.

Equity in Greece,rete object of cognition (.) never came into existence. The very notion of . (in the sense of .) was strange to the Greek mind and Athenians were actually very suspicious about the dangers to democracy and justice that the existence of a class of citizens versed in the law would pose to the city.
