Surface Related Electronic States on Cleaved HgSe and CdSe Surfaces as Observed by Means of Photoemhose of Si and III-V compounds. Lately, however, growing of the epilayers of II-VI materials on III-V substrates and applications in the technology of quantum wells and superlattices turned out to be possible and useful. This makes the investigation of the surface structure of II-VI crystals increasingly necessary and important.

Ground State Results of Ferromagnetic Monolayers,son with theoretical predictions becomes possible. In these systems the electronic and magnetic structure, the magneto-crystalline anisotropy energy, the magnetic phase transition and micromagnetism are significantly different from bulk systems.
