Corpus Callosum: Historythe corpus callosum can best be understood in terms of its anatomical connections, and the functions of the structure which it interconnects. The corpus callosum links the two hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. As knowledge about the functions of the cortex increased, understanding of the role of the corpus callosum grew.

Paradoxes and Axiomatic Set Theory, of only the corpus callosum and sometimes the hippocampal commissure. The pioneering work of Wilson and his colleagues established that the desirable reduction in generalized seizures was realized despite the persistence of some commissural connections (Wilson et al. 1977, 1978, 1982).
