Immobilization of Fluoride and Heavy-Metals in Polluted Soil,ate dihydrate (DCPD) was selected as functional material because it reacts with fluoride ion effectively and forms stable fluorapatite (FAp). Both laboratory and field tests showed that the DCPD is useful to immobilize fluoride in polluted soil.
