https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-030-63023-2emotely sensed data is being incorporated into the approach as well. Results from the Balkhash area of Kazakhstan are presented to show progress to date. Current plans are to continue to develop this approach for the study area, and if feasible, apply the approach nationally.
