About Competencies, Creativity, and Innovation in the Portuguese Textile and Clothing Sector,trategy, the bet on HR and innovation is a relevant topic, to be considered by TCS organizations. A sample was selected of companies within the TCS with innovative abilities, which, by their practices, may set an example for other organizations, reaching for high levels of innovation and HR management.
