Duodenal Adenomar improving patients’ survival. However, SNADETs are a rare clinical entity [1]. Therefore, there is no adequate evidence of endoscopic diagnosis and therapeutic strategy, and its clinicopathological features have not yet been clarified. Many unresolved problems remained compared to esophagus, stomach, and other organ tumors.

Die Aufgaben der Arbeitsschutzsalben,om second and third layer of seven layers. So, we diagnosed as granular cell tumor. And we decided to perform endoscopic resection. From pathological finding, we could recognize fine granule inside large cytoplasm and the tumor was positive for S-100 immunostaining. So, our final pathological diagnosis was also granular cell tumor.
