Transaxillary Endoscopic Approach for Dual Plane II and III Procedures,el is made at the suprapectoral space, and an endoscope is inserted through the tunnel that separates the parenchyma from the muscle. This method is technically more difficult, however an appropriate method to perform on those patients who do not want the inframammary fold incision.

Anatomy for Augmentation Mammoplasty,ion mammoplasty, it is important to preserve the thoracic fascia system as much as possible. There are higher risks of complications, including double-bubble deformity or long-term bottom-out deformity, if the fascia system is damaged.
