Reliability Evaluation of Power Systemson proximity assay (SPA) for PPAR α, γ, and δ. These SPAs allow to assess the binding affinities of PPAR α, γ, and δ ligands, along with their respective subtype selectivity profiles. We have successfully used this assay to characterize a set of reference ligands (both agonists, antagonists, and an inverse agonist) on human CB.R and CB.R, of which some examples will be presented here.

Measuring the Content of Endocannabinoid-Like Compounds in Biological Fluids: A Critical Overview ors (i.e., lipo amino acids, lipoamines, .-acyl amides) in biological fluids. Most of our focus will be on the analysis of these lipids in plasma/serum, but we will also discuss how the same techniques can be used for the analysis of saliva and breast milk.
