Cannabinoids, Monoamines, COMT and Schizophrenia: Pathobiological Mechanisms in Psychosis,as shown showing that variation in the genes implicated in dopamine neurotransmission (COMT, AKT1, D2R) moderates the psychotomimetic effects of cannabis exposure.
