Observation of the Earth and its Environmentration was reduced. Carbon Monoxide, Oxides of Nitrogen, and smoke opacity were reduced with the higher flow rate of HHO gas. However, Hydrocarbon and Carbon Dioxide emissions increased with the higher flow rate of HHO gas.
