Energy-Efficient Simultaneous Thread Fetch from Different Cache Levels in a Soft Real-Time SMT Procee high and low priority threads to simultaneously fetch instructions, while preventing the low priority threads from thrashing the high priority thread’s ICache data. Overall, we show an energy-performance metric that is 13% better than the next best policy when the high performance thread priority is 10x that of the low performance thread.

A Novel Non-exclusive Dual-Mode Architecture for MPSoCs-Oriented Network on Chip Designsich have to deal with heterogeneous traffic characteristics especially in terms of data size, such as the Massively Parallel Processors. Non-exclusivity enables packets latency reduction, which in turn implies lower task completion times, and also it increases throughput.

Johann Auer,Robert Berent,Dietmar Reitgruberrk which consists highly parametrized code in Bluespec for two different wireless baseband processing cases, namely 802.11a (WiFi) and 802.16 (WiMAX). The design cycle for transmitter of WUSB took only six week’s for two designers which were not familiar with Bluespec, WUSB protocol or the OFDM framework.
