Interband Magneto-Optics in Small Band Gap Semiconductors and Semimetals,band structure of a variety of semiconductors and semimetals. Representative general reviews of this work have been given by Lax,. Dresselhaus and Dresselhaus,. and Smith.. Meaning of an Anomaly in the X-Ray Scattering of ZnSe,ttering reveals systematic discrepancies. The discrepancies are different for the three families of reflections allowed by the structure, and they occur for all observable peaks. An explanation is suggested based on electron transfer.
