Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma,licular thyroid carcinoma is composed of well-differentiated follicular epithelial cells that lack nuclear features of papillary carcinoma. Two variants of follicular carcinoma include the Hurthle cell cancer and insular carcinoma and will also be discussed here.
