Hybrid bags and solitons,quantum number. Also the role of N. and the way it enters in scaled quantities like e√N(yùn)., f.R/√N(yùn)., etc. is illustrated. Many problems, among them the nature of the subtractions and the quantization procedure, still require more study.

We have numerical evidence for confinement and the formation of strings, for spontaneous breaking of chiral symmetry, and we are at the stage where we can compute the spectrum of hadrons successfully entirely from first principles.

Nicolas Antoine Claude KlingelschmittSome results from measurements of multibody photoproduction at medium incident photon energy (2.8 to 4.8 GeV) are presented and discussed. Particular emphasis is placed on topics which are not well understood and which therefore motivate experiments with the upgraded electron accelerator and storage ring ELSA at the University of Bonn, FR Germany.
