Software Development: The Process,-local geometry to avoid spurious effects. The measurements show the large spin Hall conductivity of Pt. The results are compared with gold (Au) and aluminum (Al). Possible theoretical explanations of our observations are briefly mentioned.

Friedel Oscillations In Nanowires At Finite Bias Voltagenequilibrium Keldysh Green functions, we derive a simple equation that determines bias voltage dependence of the wave-length of the oscillations. Finally, we discuss limitations of the commonly used formula that describes the spatial character of the Friedel oscillations.
