Hybrid Quantum-Classical Modeling of Electrically Driven Quantum Light Sources,ated out of one box. The hybrid model is thoroughly investigated with respect to its thermodynamic properties and is shown to obey fundamental principles of (non-)equilibrium thermodynamics. Finally, the hybrid model is discussed from the viewpoint of the GENERIC formalism for thermodynamically consistent modeling of multi-physics problems.
