Molecular Dynamics Simulation Optimization Based on GROMACS on Sunway TaihuLightnway TaihuLight System, and designed several test cases. The experiment was simulated and evaluated for performance testing. The final optimization effect is remarkable, reaching a speedup ratio of about 136%.
