Simulation Research on Environment-Friendly CF3I/CO2 Mixed Gas Discharge in Uniform Field, of SF. gas. When the proportion of CF.I gas is increased, the plasma formation time and the potential difference when an electron avalanche occurs are closer to SF. gas.
