Juliet Lilledahl Scherer,Mirra Leigh Ansone of knowledge mobilization to assess the situation of education policy making in China over the past 40?years. We present the characteristics of education policy making. We outline the factors that contribute to improved policy making. Toward further improvement, we conclude with three critical suggestions.
