Governance of the Electricity Sectormer resistance and involve wider ranges of stakeholders in order to increase the sustainable edible insect food system. This chapter ends by projecting future changes in Korean gastronomy and the use of edible insects.

Insects have a high potential to improve the nutritional quality of diets in populations at risk of malnutrition, either consumed whole as in traditional diets, or as ingredients in processed foods.

Insect Consumption in the Arcticat is known about the nutritional benefits of Oestridae larvae to Inuit food security and food innovation. The chapter concludes with a discussion about how insect farming in the north by Indigenous peoples may provide a modern way to address bio-waste problems in a productive way.
