Electron Spin Double Resonance Techniques and Saturation Transfer EPR,n transfer EPR (ST-EPR). It will briefly outline the principles of each technique in a phenomenological way. Some particular instrumental points will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on important applications in biological systems carried out in the past, and future possibilities will be outlined.
